These terms apply to your use of bnkrads.com (the "site"), run by BNKR Services OÜ, registry code Registry code, Registered address, Estonia ("bnkrads", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site is information only
The site describes our affiliate network and lead buying services. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Working with us as an affiliate or advertiser is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Applications
When you submit an application you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business you name. We decide at our own discretion who joins the network and don't have to give a reason.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful or misleading
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems
- submit automated, fake or spam applications
- copy, scrape or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our permission
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the bnkrads name and logo, and the Pingtype and Lexxa names are owned by us or our group and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including pingtype.com and lexxa.io. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Figures such as total affiliate payouts describe our history and are not a promise of future earnings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
