Privacy policy
This policy explains how BNKR Services OÜ ("bnkrads", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit bnkrads.com, apply to join our network or contact us. We are based in Estonia and follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is BNKR Services OÜ, registry code Registry code, Registered address, Estonia. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@bnkrads.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you apply as an affiliate or advertiser, we collect your name, email, company, messenger handle (Telegram, Skype or phone), the verticals and traffic sources you work with, expected volume, invite code and any notes you write.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, analytics and marketing tools collect data such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, referring site and cookie identifiers. Details are in our cookie policy.
Server data. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, time of request and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the business, under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. for website hosting and cookieless visitor statistics
- Resend for delivering form submissions to our inbox by email
- Google (Google Analytics), if you accept analytics cookies
- Meta Platforms, LinkedIn and X Corp., if you accept marketing cookies
- Pingtype and Lexxa, our own platforms, for tracking, partner management and outreach
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, and authorities where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers above are based in the United States or process data there. Where that happens, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Applications that do not lead to a partnership: up to 12 months after our last contact
- Partner and customer records: for the length of the relationship and up to 7 years after, to meet Estonian accounting rules
- Analytics data: up to 14 months
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email privacy@bnkrads.com. We reply within one month.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us straight away if you believe your data has been exposed.
